Dad is celebrating his 90th birthday today! We have festivities planned for the weekend. In the meantime, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD! I know you’re excited to be 90! I made this photo in 1979 in Santa Cruz. It’s one of my earliest black and white photos.

At the Trestle

I’ve had my eye on this spot for awhile. It’s where the foot bridge and the railroad trestle cross the mighty San Lorenzo. I hung out for a bit one Saturday morning snapping silhouettes.
