CA 183

California State Route 183.  I’ve traveled this road many, many times. In the rainy season the water puddles up between the road and the railroad tracks. Add the off kilter telephone poles, a semi-truck heading south and a cloudy sky and it has some visual appeal.  This was the first time I actually made a special trip to CA 183 for photographs. It was a bit more difficult to photograph than it looked zooming by at 60 MPH.  I spent a fair bit of time looking, waiting for the rain to ease up and photographing at different puddles.  Call this a sketch
